Dear Clients,

At MSM Advisors, the privacy and security of your data and any correspondence with us is a top priority! We will NEVER share confidential information with you or any contacts on your behalf without going through a secure and encrypted portal or document vault.

While this may introduce some inconveniences and require more diligence on both our parts, it’s vital that we take every precaution to shield and secure your information and our interactions with you!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS ABOUT INFORMATION SHARING WITH MSM ADVISORS

  1. NEVER send confidential or easily identifiable information about yourself or your business via email. Instead, log in to the secure MSM Advisors Client Portal or upload documents via SmartVault.
  • If you receive any email, text, or other correspondence that you are uncertain of coming from MSM Advisors, DO NOT CLICK ANY LINK OR BUTTONS in the message. 

CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at (678) 804-5530 to confirm that we are the source of communication.

  • If you are requested to provide information to MSM Advisors, we will always speak to you or notify you in advance to let you know what’s coming. We will avoid including any links or buttons in messages that are only meant to notify you of a forthcoming message.
  • During Tax Season especially, our customary requests to “Upload Your Tax Documentation” or “Complete a Checklist” will ALWAYS be sent via our secure Client Portal and will be encrypted and secured end-to-end. You will Never be asked to email documentation outside of the Client Portal or our document vault (SmartVault).  
  • MSM Advisors does not store confidential client data on any personal or public systems, such as personal computers, cell phones, portable drives or public cloud services. All client data is stored and encrypted in our secure vault or closed systems restricted to the firm’s authorized personnel only.
